Backorders
Products offered on the ItemGrabber site are stocked 98% of the time so we rarely experience a backorder. In the event a backorder does occur you will be notified immediately either via telephone or e-mail of the situation and presented with further options for your review.
Guarantees and Returns
All our products carry a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee in addition to all Manufacturers Warranties. Should you not be satisfied with your purchase you may return the item for a complete refund within 15 days of purchase. Should you receive a damaged or inoperable item we will promptly send out a replacement while we arrange to have the item returned. Please contact our customer service department [email protected] for a Return Authorization Code and further shipping instructions. Please note that for undamaged items shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for all shipping costs incurred, including the costs to return the items to us. Hoffman is not responsible for the reshipment or refund of any order that shows signed for upon delivery. Please inspect all packages at time of delivery to check for any obvious signs of damage. Taxes
ItemGrabber collects sales and use taxes on all orders shipped to all states unless you are tax exempt and proper documentation has been provided. You will see the estimated tax once you add your zip code during checkout. Tax is considered ?estimated? at the time of checkout. Your final tax amount will be accurately reflected on your invoice. If your organization is tax exempt or you intend to resell any of our products please contact 1 (888) 484-4426 to provide a tax exempt and/or a resale certificate.
